Champagne Masterclass 2026
Stirling Hotel presents its yearly rendition of our Champagne Masterclass, this year focusing on the Houses of Taittinger + Roederer.
Join us on Thursday 29ᵗʰ October in the Library function room for an indulgent celebration of champagne with paired canapes, hosted by our fabulous friend Evan La Duff.
We’re showcasing two of Champagne’s great houses side by side across four brackets, moving from house style through to prestige cuvée. The evening opens with a caviar service, taken the way it should be, straight from the hand.
