Duck + Pinot has been a fixture on The Stirling Hotel calendar for many years now. Past years have celebrated Australia, France and beyond, this year we look to the intense rivalry between South Australia and Victoria. Whether it’s State of Origin, parmi v parma, or pot v schooner, this feud runs deep.
At this limited dinner event, we’re putting Adelaide Hills and Mornington Peninsula in the spotlight. Mornington will tell you its cool maritime climate was made for Pinot. The Hills will point to its altitude and ask why you’d drink anything else. We’re showcasing a wide breadth of producers from unique corners of each region, hopefully something new or a familiar favourite.
