You know the story. One fortune cookie, one strange rumble, and, by morning, nobody is quite who they were the night before. This Friday 13ᵗʰ November, our menu gets the same spooky treatment. Across six courses, Chef Jonnie’s kitchen is playing tricks, and every plate will have you second guessing.
The Stirling Hotel x Rieslingfreak collaboration is now in its ninth year. Nine years in, we’ve never served the same pairing twice, and we’ve never had an empty seat. This year we’ve raised the stakes again: the night is built around Rieslingfreak’s brand-new 2026 vintage releases. The food may be in disguise, but the wine stays perfectly paired. John + Belinda are yet to meet a dish Riesling can’t handle, and they’ll prove it course after course. Expect long tables on the Terrace by candlelight, a few surprises and an exclusive drop.
