Sip, savour and celebrate summer at Rosé Daze, our rosé-themed afternoon event designed for lovers of fine wines, good food and relaxed Euro-inspired vibes.

Join us on the Verandah at the front of the hotel, with individual group seating providing the ideal setting to enjoy spritzes and shared Italian plates.

• Rosé Spritz on arrival
• One glass of Sparkling Rosé
• Shared rustic Italian plates:
– Melon, Prosciutto & Basil
– Salmon Carpaccio with Pickled Lemon & Capers
– Caprese Salad with Heirloom Tomato, Olives, Oregano & Buffalo Mozzarella
– Warm Focaccia with EVOO & Sticky Balsamic
