Please note: as of Tuesday June 12th we embark on a full kitchen renovation to take the Stirling Hotel through its next exciting chapter. We will not have our regular bistro menu offering however we will be showcasing an exciting small plates and pizza menu along with winter bowls and food truck offerings. We will still be taking reservations and also will have our functions menu available for larger groups. We look to resume to a full menu upon completion of the new kitchen mid-August. Breakfast service will continue to Run on Saturday and Sundays from 8 – 11am however weekday breakfast will be closed in the hotel. For a coffee and selection of breakfast bites mid-week we suggest to visit our Patisserie located in the Cellars adjacent the hotel.
