The Dining Room offers dining seven days a week for lunch or dinner. Located next door to The Bistro, in the heritage original dining room of the Stirling Hotel, The Dining Room offers a tranquil and cosy environment with high ceilings, leafy features and warming open fires.
Passionate about high quality produce, our Executive Chef Brendan Boothroyd sources the best ingredients from quality Adelaide Hills and South Australian producers. The menu features from straight outs and classics through to dishes created to share and enjoy amongst friends and family.
To satisfy your pallet an extensive bottle wine list of more than 450 bottles includes exceptional Old World, New World and locally produced boutique wines. But don’t worry we haven’t forgotten some of your favourites by the glass as well.
