We are open for limited Bistro dine in.
The Stirling Hotel Bistro is open for lunch + dinner service 7 days a week.
As we give the hotel a fresh roll of paint, re-stain the wooden floors and dust off the bar shelves we prepare for what we have been counting down for, opening the doors again to you, our friends of the Stirling Hotel.
As we cautiously navigate back to normality we will adjust the way we operate here. We will ask that all guests endeavour to plan and book ahead to allow us to accommodate with our restricted numbers.
So there will be some tricky times ahead as we adjust and look to satisfy as many people as possible, all we ask is that you come with an open mind and understanding that we will try everything we can to have you experiencing the Stirling Hotel and its true hospitality again!
The Cellars and Patisserie will continue normal trade, along with our accommodation.

The Dining Room offers dining seven days a week for lunch or dinner. Located next door to The Bistro, in the heritage original dining room of the Stirling Hotel, The Dining Room offers a tranquil and cosy environment with high ceilings, leafy features and warming open fires.
Passionate about high quality produce, our Executive Chef Brendan Boothroyd sources the best ingredients from quality Adelaide Hills and South Australian producers. The menu features from straight outs and classics through to dishes created to share and enjoy amongst friends and family.
To satisfy your palate an extensive bottle wine list of more than 450 bottles includes exceptional Old World, New World and locally produced boutique wines. But don’t worry we haven’t forgotten some of your favourites by the glass as well.
