And just like that, we are ready to embark on another one of our Rieslingfreak Luncheons. This is number 6 of our Rieslingfreak events that we have had over the years and we believe it is going to be better than even.

We invite you to experience our 6 course, pork inspired paired menu showcasing the newly realised 2023 Rieslingfreak wines. We’ll ease you in gently and enjoy each dish and paired wine as the momentum builds through this progressive luncheon.

We are thrilled to bring you a dinner featuring one of the great wine producers of the world, Domaine Dujac. From Morey-Saint-Denis in Burgundy, the Seysses family established Domaine Dujac in 1968 and quickly gained cult status for their ethereal Pinot Noirs. They even have a strong Australian connection with some of Australia’s greatest winemakers working vintage at Dujac, including the likes of Stephen Henschke and Gary Farr.

We will have Tim Evans, National Imports Manager for Negociants Australia on hand to guide us through some amazing back vintages cellared at the Stirling Hotel.

Join us for an invigorating yoga class, followed by a delicious healthy breakfast upstairs on our Deck. Nat, our resident yogi, will guide you through a series of poses designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
